Position Rate: $17-$19/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Cashier for parts, sales and service departments.
- Performs clerical accounting duties including routine and non-recurring calculations, reconciliations, verifications, and postings while ensuring accuracy and validity in the accounting processes.
- Answer multi-line telephone system and provide friendly and courteous customer service.
- Enters data into various accounting systems
- Verifies accuracy of information
- Communicates with others in the organization to answer questions or resolve issues
- Assists other co-workers with miscellaneous tasks as necessary
- Filing
- Responsible for accurate processing of customer purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Scanning merchandise and accepting various forms of payment (e.g., cash, check, credit card, applying discounts, etc.)
- Verifying accuracy when closing out your till
This position will float between departments to assist with other projects when necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
We are located on a farm so you may encounter animals (goats/calves) and pets while at work. We have a resident cat onsite and customers frequently bring their dogs in the building. If you have allergies, this may not be the job for you.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi task and not get flustered when phones are ringing while cashiering
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years experience in an office environment or cashiering position.
We will be hiring for both our locations: Kensington NH & Derry NH
Hours
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Saturday 8am to 1pm

We are a John Deere dealership and are celebrating our 78th year in business. We sell parts, equipment, and service to our customers.
Extended hours will be required during our fall fair season and annual festival held the second weekend in August.
