Position Overview
We are seeking a Care Coordinator / Office Administrator to manage caregiver scheduling, client coordination, and day-to-day office operations. This role is essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality care and a positive experience for both clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure full coverage
- Maintain staffing levels and ensure continuity of care
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and family members
- Support employee relations and caregiver engagement
- Assist with office administration and daily operations
- Collaborate with referral sources and maintain strong relationships
- Participate in an on-call rotation (shared across team)
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare, staffing, office administration, or related field preferred
- Background in home care, patient care, HR, or employee relations is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Geriatric care experience is helpful but not required
- Willing to train the right candidate
