Overview
Campus Coordinator, Alpha – $75,000/year USD Jobs in Tulsa, OK at Crossover
Title: Campus Coordinator, Alpha – $75,000/year USD
Company: Crossover
Location: Tulsa, OK
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations.
Many schools hide operations behind closed doors, multiple meetings, and approval chains. Alpha takes a different approach. This role puts you at the center of campus life every day: welcoming families, resolving device problems, managing smooth arrivals, reassuring concerned parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the facility feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha.
This position requires someone who can be approachable without compromising standards, systematic without relying solely on procedures, and self-assured without considering any task beneath them. You will oversee nearly all non-instructional operations: family communications, attendance management, campus security, facility oversight, meal coordination, technology support, special events, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without prompt attention.
You will not be supported by a large on-site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, remote assistance, and established guidelines, but you must demonstrate rapid learning ability, resourcefulness, and sound decision-making under pressure. The role offers the opportunity to become the reliable presence families recognize, the resource Guides depend on, and the person students turn to when problems need resolution.
If you are seeking a front-facing school operations position where service orientation, sound judgment, clear communication, and accountability are essential daily, submit your application now.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the primary reliable contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication.
- Oversee daily campus operations, including morning arrival, afternoon dismissal, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, meal logistics, facility presentation, event management, and maintenance follow-through.
- Address campus safety and student wellness matters, including entry control, emergency drills, health situations, record-keeping, and parent notifications.
- Oversee student technology and essential campus systems, including device setup, account management, basic troubleshooting, backup procedures, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support.
- Establish trust with Guides, service providers, and families by prioritizing assistance while maintaining established standards.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Operating from a secluded office while others manage parent and student interactions.
- Leading classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing educational content.
- Deferring every decision to management before taking action.
- Conducting campus operations through excessive meetings when immediate responses are required.
- Delegating facilities, technology, vendor relations, or meal services as outside your scope.
