Role Description
The Call Agent will be responsible for managing incoming calls from clients, providing accurate information, answering inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate team members. Additional tasks include scheduling appointments, updating client records, and supporting general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure each client interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on handling client inquiries professionally
- Telephone etiquette and ability to address client concerns promptly
- Data entry, record-keeping, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in common computer software and office systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in communication or office administration are beneficial
