As we expand our initiatives and launch new offerings, we are seeking a highly capable Business Operations and Growth Manager to support leadership, coordinate execution, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role combining business operations, executive and personal support, sales and marketing coordination, customer success, and growth execution.
You will work closely with executive leadership as a trusted operational partner, helping translate priorities into action while ensuring day-to-day business activities run smoothly. The role includes executive support responsibilities alongside operational ownership across multiple initiatives.
Futurelink actively leverages modern technology and AI-driven tools to improve productivity and scale operations, and this role will play an important part in adopting and utilizing these tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day business operations and internal workflows
Provide executive and personal support including calendar management, scheduling, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and task tracking
Act as a central point of coordination to ensure leadership priorities are executed effectively
Support marketing execution including campaign coordination, content preparation, social media updates, and lead tracking
Assist with sales coordination including consult scheduling, CRM updates, pipeline organization, and proposal preparation
Help manage customer onboarding, communication, engagement, and program delivery logistics
Monitor customer experience and support adoption, retention, and follow-up activities
Coordinate vendors, partners, trainers, and operational resources
Prepare presentations, reports, documentation, and internal communications
Support rollout of new programs, services, and future company initiatives
Identify operational improvements and help implement scalable processes using technology and automation tools
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and operational coordination experience
Experience supporting executives, business owners, or leadership teams
Comfort balancing executive support responsibilities with operational ownership
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong follow-through
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Technology and AI Skills Preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools
Comfort using AI platforms such as ChatGPT or comparable tools to improve workflows, communications, reporting, and operational efficiency
Experience using Canva or similar platforms for presentations, marketing materials, or visual content creation
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline tools
Comfort working with digital collaboration and project management tools
Experience with automation or workflow platforms (such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools) is a plus
Strong general technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms
