Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Strong front desk and receptionist skills, including Receptionist Duties and experience in a Medical Office setting.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear, professional verbal communication with patients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling, including managing calendars, confirming visits, and handling changes efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered service for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous medical office or healthcare administration experience preferred;
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
