About Us

Brady Construction Group is a growing commercial general contracting and facility services company serving clients throughout California. We specialize in commercial tenant improvements, facility maintenance, repairs, service work, and construction projects for office, medical, retail, industrial, education, and corporate clients.

We are looking for a motivated and professional Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to help support our company’s continued growth. This role will assist with client outreach, marketing, social media, event coordination, phone communication, and general office support.

This is a hands-on position with room to grow as the company continues to expand.

Position Overview

The Business Development & Marketing Coordinator will help generate new business opportunities, support marketing efforts, assist with client communication, and help keep the office organized. Since we are a growing company, this person will wear multiple hats and help with a variety of tasks.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, professional, and comfortable communicating by phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, mailers, and in person.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and take clear messages
  • Assist with client communication and follow-ups
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and business contacts
  • Assist with cold outreach by phone, email, mail, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
  • Research and identify potential clients, property managers, facility managers, real estate contacts, and commercial businesses
  • Maintain and update contact lists, leads, and CRM information
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach tracking
  • Help manage company social media accounts
  • Coordinate social media posts, project updates, company announcements, and basic marketing content
  • Assist with email marketing, printed mailers, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Help coordinate facility expos, real estate events, networking events, and trade shows
  • Assist with booth setup, marketing materials, event registration, and event preparation
  • Attend local events, expos, and networking opportunities as needed
  • Support general office tasks, filing, scheduling, document preparation, and administrative duties
  • Help create and improve internal processes as the company grows

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Comfortable speaking with clients, vendors, and prospective customers
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and/or others
  • Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and online software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
  • Interest in business development, marketing, construction, real estate, or facilities management is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, administration, real estate, construction, or property management is helpful but not required

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience.

Pay: $52,263.92 – $85,350.10 per year
