Townsend Automotive Demopolis is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our growing team in Demopolis, Alabama as a Receptionist / BDC / Social Media Manager.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys people, communication, social media, and being part of a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to help create an exceptional customer experience both online and in-store.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries
- Assist with outbound customer communication and appointment setting
- Create and post social media content for the dealership
- Take photos/videos of inventory and dealership activities
- Help maintain CRM and customer databases
- Greet customers and assist with showroom flow
- Support dealership marketing and community outreach efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Comfortable on camera and with social media platforms
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
