Job Description
- Prepares and lodges customs entries and requirements accurately
- Applies correct tariff classification and verifies HS Code and commodity details
- Ensures compliance with required permits for each shipment
- Submits complete, truthful, and accurate declarations
- Maintains organized records of all documents and submissions
- Provides clients with timely shipment updates
- Adheres to SOPs, KPIs, and shipment tracking systems
- `Proactively resolves minor issues and communicates effectively with clients and team
Qualifications
- BSCA graduate
- Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with legal or administrative documentation procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of understanding and complying with legal or regulatory standards
