Join our team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Full time Branch Specialist at our Medford Branch.
The Branch Specialist is responsible for providing a superior level of service to our membership. In addition to processing member transactions, you will address member inquiries, assist members in identifying products to satisfy their needs, open new accounts, assist with consumer loans and provide clerical support for the branch.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking or credit union experience is required, with at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft office and teller processing (Fiserv DNA, a plus). Knowledgeable of standard credit union products and services helpful.

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
