Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant Jobs in Burlington at Dizpoz, Inc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with financial data, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. This role will focus on bookkeeping functions, financial record maintenance, and general administrative support.

Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and transaction management.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Prepare invoices, review billing information, and help ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial files and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, reporting, and office coordination tasks.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding billing or administrative matters.
  • Support general office operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and financial records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional references required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
