Ever expanding accounting firm is currently seeking full time data entry clerks, bookkeepers and accountants to handle the data entry for multiple clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed, energetic and passionate individual. Duties will include data entry for accounts receivable and accounts payable, bank activity reconciliation, vendor statement reconciliation, preparation of weekly financial reports. Perfect for recent graduates. Happy to train individuals transitioning from related jobs like bank teller, etc.
Requirements:
-Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
-Candidate must have a strong work ethic and desire to achieve individual and team goals
-Organized and able to meet deadlines
-Excellent math and administrative skills
-Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently
-Ability to write routine reports and short correspondence and memos
-Ability to learn quickly on the job
