Hales Group are recruiting for a Billing & Data Analyst to join our office-based team in Peterborough.

Full time or part time hours available (minimum of 25 hours with 2 positions available).
Up to £27,000 per annum DOE
The position sits within our Group Finance Team and primarily deals with the reporting and submission of weekly / monthly data relating to the care sector, in line with Adult Social Care industry contracts and billing to local Authorities and clients. Full training will be provided. Experience using Excel is required.
The role includes the following tasks:
* Downloading and Processing of data from internal systems.
* Creation and sending of Fixed Invoices.
* Raising of billing and invoicing for services provided.
* Creation of Electronic submissions to upload to various portals or to email to various authorities.

Communication
to branches in reference to data queries.
* Reporting of hospital admission data to local authorities.
* Responding to Email and Telephone queries.
* Supporting other team members to cover holidays
* Support the finance team with other administrative task to ensure that all deadlines are met.
