Duties
- Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Manage incoming payments and record transactions promptly to maintain precise financial records
- Help out with managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems for billing documents, and correspondence
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to billing inquiries via phone or email with clarity and patience
- Proofread invoices and related documents for accuracy before dispatching to clients or internal departments
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in accurancy.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and invoicing
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service roles that involve handling inquiries and providing support in a professional manner
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
