The receptionist is the first impression of our office and plays a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Welcome patients and create a great first impression
- Communicate clearly with patients in English and Spanish
- Maintain organized front desk operations
- Support the team in delivering excellent patient service

Compensation
Hourly Pay:
$20 – $26 per hour (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
Additional monthly bonuses available based on:
- New patient scheduling
- Patient attendance (show rate)
- Schedule efficiency
- Patient reviews and service excellence
High-performing team members can earn $500–$1,000+ in additional monthly bonuses.
