About the Role:
As a Bilingual Receptionist and Agent Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of our office, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls on multiple lines efficiently
- Assist clients with billing questions and direct complex issues to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection standards

Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written, verbal, and listening) – required

Pay: $28,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year
