Spherion Fort Myers is searching for a dedicated Bilingual Office Coordinator to join a great company in the Clewiston, FL area. This is a chance to use your administrative expertise to ensure smooth daily operations, directly helping the company and your career get to a better place.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm

Responsibilities: You’ll be the central administrative support, handling everything from customer communication to detailed office tasks.

  • Serve as the main point of contact, handling inbound & outbound phone calls.
  • Greet office guests and manage scheduling.
  • Accurately perform data entry and complete financial transactions, including collecting payments and processing purchase orders.
  • Managing key communication channels
  • Assist with inventory ordering and completing necessary reports.
  • Using Excel on a daily basis to track orders and inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Required Skills:

  • Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of proven customer service/office support experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to pass a national background and drug screening.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.

Preferred:

  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to multitask effectively
