Bilingual Medical Receptionist Jobs in Fort Worth, TX at Texas Medical Institute

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and people-loving Medical Front Desk Assistant to join our team! If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating a welcoming experience for patients, we’d love to meet you.

As the first face and voice of our practice, you’ll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported from the moment they walk through the door. We’re looking for someone with a bubbly personality, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with others while staying organized and efficient.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and check patients in and out while creating a positive experience
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and organize appointments efficiently
  • Interview patients and document basic medical history information
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts and medical records
  • Update insurance information and assist with reports and referrals
  • Coordinate laboratory services and patient needs
  • Assist providers and/or translate during examinations, as needed
  • Serve as backup Medical Assistant to room patients, as needed
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, letters, and other documents
  • Assist with accounts receivable/payable and maintain financial records
  • Keep treatment rooms and front office areas clean, organized, and ready for patients
  • Help support smooth daily office operations and provide excellent patient care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a medical assistant, front desk coordinator, or medical secretary preferred
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented personality with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient management software
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with people and brings positivity and energy to the workplace every day

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
