We are a welcoming, high-volume, and fast-paced Primary Care office in Delray Beach (33484). We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and professional Bilingual Front Desk Representative (or Medical Assistant looking for a front-office role) to join our team immediately!
What You will do :
- Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a smooth daily patient flow.
- Answer multi-line phones and communicate fluently with both English and Spanish-speaking patients.
- Perform fast, accurate data entry and professional documentation strictly in English within the EMR system.
- Verify medical insurance benefits, collect copays, and manage patient balances.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient recall to minimize no-shows.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be 100% fluent speaking both English and Spanish, with the ability to switch seamlessly between both to assist patients (Required).
- Computer & Writing Skills: Fast, accurate typing and computer literacy. Must have strong, professional writing and data entry skills in English (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting (Required).
- EMR Proficiency: Hands-on experience with EMR systems (Practice Fusion is a major plus!).
- Medical Assistants (MAs): Highly welcome and encouraged to apply!
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, strong multitasking abilities under pressure, sharp attention to detail, and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Location: Strong preference for candidates residing near Delray Beach / Boca Raton / Boynton Beach for a reliable daily commute.
