Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (Engligh and Spanish) Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing various office tasks, providing support to staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment while delivering exceptional service to clients and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Perform new hire backgrounds, drug screens, onboarding timely and effectively
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with payroll entry needs.
  • Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products for various administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Report on outstanding account statuses to supervisors
  • Review files and documents to retrieve and reconcile invoices, data, and reports.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
