Overview

We are seeking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping create a welcoming and professional environment. You’ll manage daily administrative tasks, handle front desk operations, and support internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office functionality. This is a on-site position; you’ll be provided all the necessary equipment and in-depth training if needed. Pay rate is based on your customer service experience in the field.

Position Overview

You will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring administrative processes are efficient and effective. You will support our team in providing top service to clients.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls through phone systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients or visitors, including check-in
  • Handle insurance-related administrative tasks such as policy renewals, claims, and underwriting
  • Maintain and update client records in the insurance management system
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role is mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
