Job Summary
We are seeking Bilingual Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our fast-paced food manufacturing business. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative and computer skills, experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Forms, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

This position requires someone detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include invoicing, data entry, order processing, inventory-related paperwork, customer service, report preparation, spreadsheet management, scheduling, and assisting management with daily administrative operations.

The Office Manager will also help improve office organization, maintain accurate records, follow up on payments and documentation, and assist with creating and managing digital forms, reports, and operational systems. Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or wholesale environments is a plus.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Google Forms and Google Sheets
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with invoicing, customer service, data entry, and office administration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage invoices, payments, and office documentation
  • Maintain records and reports using QuickBooks and Excel

Skills

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll functions.
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
