Job description
Fiesta Hyundai is looking to add highly motivated and qualified Business Development Center Agents to work at our Fiesta Hyundai dealership in Santa Fe, NM.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct them to the appropriate contact
- Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop pipeline of business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Work with the service department to develop strategies and techniques
- Research and stay current on consumer and industry trends
- Communicate industry news trends to management and dealership employees
- Outstanding Customer Service Qualifications
- Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Administrative tasks such scanning, filing and organization
- Bonuses paid based on performance
