We are looking to recruit to our reception team for the Zinnia Centre, (an acute mental health inpatient, community mental health team and home treatment teams) within Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Trust; working 37.5hrs per week, with a set shift pattern of Monday to Friday 12midday to 8pm.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they can deliver a high standard of front-line customer service to join us in this varied receptionist role, is able to work on their own initiative, provide a high quality service and can demonstrate effective organisational skills whilst processing enquiries in a confidential and timely manner.

First point of contact for face to face visitors to the Oleaster Centre, the centre has community teams, urgent care teams and inpatient wards; acute inpatients (five wards, 2 acute female and 2 acute male one male PICU), urgent care centre (place of safety and the psychiatric decision unit), community care (two home treatment teams) and the Acute & Urgent Care Management Team are all based within the Hospital which is part of Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Trust.
