Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive – Sales based in Jaipur. The role involves managing back-office operations, supporting the sales team by preparing documentation, updating records, handling communication with clients, and assisting with finance-related tasks. The position requires maintaining organized processes to ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations and achieving company goals efficiently.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations for handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Familiarity with Sales processes and supporting sales activities
- Basic knowledge of Finance operations and ability to manage related documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
