🔧 Your Role:
As part of the Packaging Engineering team, you will play a critical role in backend operations, SAP data management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive – Packaging Design Support located in Haveli. The role involves managing and coordinating packaging design processes, maintaining design records, and ensuring all tasks meet quality standards and timelines. The candidate will liaise with internal teams to support design improvement initiatives and assist in creating accurate documentation. Administrative and organizational responsibilities will also be part of daily tasks to optimize workflow.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain SAP data (BOM, material codes, specifications)
* Handle master data & documentation control (Excel/ERP systems)
* Track project activities, timelines, and follow-ups
* Coordinate with designers, stakeholders, and suppliers
* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations
* Support engineering teams with basic drawing/BOM understanding
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1–4 years of experience in automotive / manufacturing / OEM environment
✔ Hands-on experience in SAP & MS Excel
✔ Understanding of BOM & engineering drawings
✔ Strong coordination and follow-up skills
✔ Good communication (English mandatory)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data management, documentation, and record-keeping tools
- Strong attention to detail and experience with quality assurance practices
- Basic knowledge of design processes, packaging materials, and industrial standards
- Effective communication and coordination skills for collaborating with internal teams
- Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in packaging design support or a similar back-office role is preferred
- A diploma or degree in a related field such as engineering, design, or business administration is an advantage
💡 Bonus: Exposure to CATIA / Packaging / German language

Graduate (Engineering preferred, not mandatory)
