Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating paperwork, maintaining databases, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing support to the sales and finance teams as needed. The role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
Manage and maintain records, documentation, and data accurately of sites .
Prepare quotations, tender documents and follow up on payments
Coordinate with site engineers and clients for job updates and execution
Handle email communication and internal correspondence
Maintain MIS reports and Excel data tracking
Support purchase and vendor coordination activities
Ensure proper filing and compliance-related documentation
Assist management with day-to-day operational tasks
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Profile:
Experience in engineering / technical service industry
