Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Bhopal. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for coordinating with our on ground teams, managing back office operations, supporting the operations and finance teams, and ensuring smooth office operations. The position requires efficient communication with internal teams and clients to ensure operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and clients
- Familiarity with MS office suit.
- Proficient in using office software and tools
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications
