Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Matelica and Fabriano for a professional in the back office of a viticulture-focused operation. Responsibilities include managing administrative processes, overseeing customer and supplier documentation, supporting sales and customer service operations, and coordinating communication between internal departments and external clients. xpavfwm The role also involves assisting with financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing support in sales-related activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including administrative tasks and organizational skills
Strong Communication skills
Knowledge of Marketing and Social tools
Sales support experience, including familiarity with order management and client relations
Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English
Prior experience in the wine industry is advantageous
