We are looking for a Back Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll support the daily flow between sales, customer service, logistics, and finance. The position focuses mainly on invoicing, accounts receivable, sales support, and customer service-related administration.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales invoicing and crediting
- Monitoring accounts receivable and payment follow-up
- Processing and checking sales orders
- Customer service related to deliveries, invoicing, and order situations
- Supporting the sales team in daily operational matters
- Maintaining customer and system data
- Internal coordination between sales, logistics, customer service, and finance
What We Expect From You
- Experience in administrative, customer service, sales support, or financial support tasks
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence to contact customers and discuss invoicing, orders, and other day-to-day matters with them
- Interest in learning new systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently while still being part of a team
- Fluent in Finnish and English, German is considered an additional advantage
