Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
– Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
-open repair order and get required signature .
– Answer phone calls screen the calls , emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate person
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a MUST
– Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
– Proficiency in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and order entry
– Experience in a auto body industry is a MUST
– Strong proofreading skills for written correspondence
– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
– Familiarity with office management practices
