This is a low-maintenance position primarily focused on maintaining the dealership office, receiving mail, and ensuring the location remains inspection-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Receive dealership mail and packages.
- Forward important mail and documents to ownership promptly.
- Maintain dealership records and paperwork at the office.
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
- Be available for occasional state or regulatory inspections.
- Communicate any compliance-related notices received by mail.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Georgia.
- Reliable, organized, and trustworthy.
- Ability to receive and forward mail in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Dealership experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation:
Monthly payment for maintaining the office, receiving mail, and handling basic administrative responsibilities.
