Audience Development Associate & Accounting Clerk
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting local journalism? The Punxsutawney Spirit is looking for a motivated Audience Development Associate to play a key role in both growing our readership and providing exceptional customer service to our current subscribers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in accuracy, customer service, and community connection.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage print and digital subscriptions, renewals, and customer accounts.
- Manage store dealer accounts, collections and billing.
- Assist with audience growth initiatives, promotions, and special campaigns
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Support marketing efforts, including subscriber outreach
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service or administrative experience a plus
- Comfortable working with databases, and basic office software
- Positive attitude and willingness to wear multiple hats
