The Person shall primarily be responsible for the administration of portfolio of client entities, comprising mostly of special licenses of the Financial Services Commissions and other complex structures. He/ She shall be a team player that reports to a Team Leader or a Manager.

List of Duties: (depending on level applied for)

§ Demonstrate proper knowledge of KYC requirements and ensuring that appropriate CDD/ EDD is being kept;

§ Monitor and report on compliance status of client entities; (depending on seniority of level applied for)

§ Ensuring that all required filings of client entities are made within required deadline

§ Maintain statutory registers of client entities in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2001;

§ Maintain track records and details of work completed/ status;

§ Comply with internal policies and procedures and adherence with compliance / operations manuals;

§ Any ad-hoc duties

Key Competencies, Skills/ Knowledge (depending on level applied for):

· Ability to work independently;

· Good knowledge of Companies Act 2001, Financial Services Act 2007 and FSC AML / CFT Handbook

· Be solution oriented

· Good interpersonal skills to ensure effective working relationships with colleagues within a global team;

· Well organised, with an ability to prioritise work and capable to multi-task/ work under tight deadlines;

· Flexible to work across teams encouraging diversity within the organisation;

· Ability to adapt and uphold adherence to processes and procedures in place within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience (depending on level applied for)

· Degree in Law or Management or Finance or any other relevant field

. At least 1 year experience

· Partly/ fully qualified ICSA

· Proficiency in MS office applications (Word & Excel)

· Relevant experience

· Must be able to work independently, pay meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal skills being an effective communicator and listener with the ability to provide clear and precise explanations

· Confident out-going individual with a high level of personal integrity and motivated
