Responsibilities
Organize, administer, maintain, and track all Permits/Leases in the real estate database (CoStar Real Estate Manager/Virtual Premise) and assist General Managers and Area Account Managers with Tenant updates via a ticketing system (Service Now).
Ensure all required documents are attached and the process is followed (Executed lease/3rd Party Vetting/Insurance Certificate and/or Signature Insurance form).
Follow the contract approval process, ensuring prompt submission and proper authorization for any variations.
Respond to general contract non-legal questions on existing agreements and provide copies to relevant departments and auditors.
Assist with collecting Insurance certificates, working directly with General Managers to ensure all tenants have updated insurance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; three+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Skills
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of legal requirements related to permits/leases.
Ability to analyze and interpret business and governmental documents.
Strong report writing and communication skills.
