About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who is deeply embedded in gym and bodybuilding culture to drive
Ronnie Coleman’s presence across social media and on-ground fitness ecosystems. This role
blends content, community, and execution both online and inside gyms.

- Drive Ronnie Coleman’s presence across social media and gym ecosystems
- Blend content creation, community building, and on-ground execution
- Build strong connections within the gym and bodybuilding community
Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute fitness-focused content (Instagram, YouTube)
- Create authentic gym content (workouts, transformations, athlete stories)
- Track performance and optimize content
- Execute gym activations, sampling, and brand visibility initiatives
- Build relationships with gym owners, trainers, and fitness communities
- Manage presence at bodybuilding events and competitions
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and content at events
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, activations, or on-ground marketing
- Must be actively involved in gym/bodybuilding culture
- Experience in gym activations or event marketing preferred
- Strong understanding of fitness content and trends
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground execution
- Basic content creation skills (mobile shooting)
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
