Duties
- Manage deliveries
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for the manager and project teams to ensure timely project execution
- Support administrative functions including email correspondence, document preparation, and maintaining office records
- Assist with personal assistant duties like calendar updates, appointment reminders, and delivery arrangements as needed
- Maintain professional phone and in person etiquette while managing inquiries, orders, and client communications
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must speak English as well as Spanish / Portuguese to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Must have a clean and valid drivers license.
- Carpentry or cabinetry experience (installation a plus)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
- Must be a team player

Pay: $42,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
