The Assistant Manager will play a multifaceted role, not limited to administrative oversight but also actively investing in talent development, feedback, process improvement, and fostering a collaborative partnership with S&P Global leads. The position is crucial for ensuring the seamless delivery of S&P client ask, upholding quality, Timeliness accountability and driving teams performance.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the daily activities of Crisil resources supporting the S&P Global client teams
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor attendance and leave schedules to ensure adequate staffing and continuity of operations.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Track and analyse team productivity to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
  • Quality Assurance: Review quality scores provided by S&P Global, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to maintain and improve quality standards.
  • Performance Feedback and Action Sharing: Communicate corrective actions taken and their impact on productivity and quality metrics with S&P Global stakeholders.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between S&P Global and CRISIL GAC team, ensuring effective communication, quick issue resolution, and fostering a transparent partnership.
  • Staff Onboarding and Training: Support the hiring, onboarding, offboarding, initial training, and ongoing development of CRISIL staff to align with S&P Global’s expectations and best practices.
  • Talent Development: Invest in continuous staff development through regular feedback, coaching, and identification of upskilling / cross skilling opportunities.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all activities are compliant with CRISIL and S&P Global’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partnership with S&P Leads: Collaborate closely with S&P Global leadership to align objectives, share best practices, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Dashboard and Reporting: Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of dashboards to track partnership milestones, SOW (Statement of Work) progress, Project status, performance metrics, challenges and other key metrics for transparency and informed decision-making.
