Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 28,000 to 36,000 to apply.

We are looking for a number of Assessment Support Administrators to join an expanding team providing support to the Assessment and Customer Support Directorate, which produces assessment materials, delivers projects and manages exam series.

What will you do as an Assessment Support Administrator?

As an Assessment Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of assessment materials production, delivery of exam series and projects, and delivering changes in ways of working for the Assessment and Customer Support Directorate. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including managing communications, arranging meetings, and supporting grading and appeals.
  • Prepare documentation and take minutes of meetings, including producing agendas and following up on key actions.
  • Monitor deliverables against schedules, ensuring timely publication of assessment materials.
  • Support the production of error-free assessment materials, documentation and data, including formatting and proofreading.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of assessment support processes.

You will be an ideal candidate for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Experience handling confidential information in a professional setting
  • At least two years' experience in a busy administrative environment, with strong IT and organisational skills.
  • Calm under pressure, efficient and accurate.
  • Good working relationships both internally and externally in different teams and at different levels, and with people from different countries.
