Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for an Assessment Secretariat Executive. The role involves providing executive administrative support, assisting in planning and coordinating assessments, managing schedules, preparing documentation, and supporting company secretarial duties. Additionally, the role entails liaising with stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records for licensing examinations and professional programs.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Clerical Skills, including data management, documentation, and filing
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing inquiries and engaging with stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with Company Secretarial Work and basic compliance requirements
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, reporting, and supporting operational tasks
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Relevant working experience in administrative or secretarial roles; familiarity with the financial or capital markets industry is an added advantage
