Halverson & Blaiser Group manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the Twin Cities, including more than 6,000 apartment homes. We’re seeking a Leasing Specialist to support leasing activity, resident interactions, and daily office operations at one of our communities.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct apartment and community tours
- Support the application and lease execution process
- Follow up with prospects and assist with leasing goals
- Respond to resident questions and submit service requests
- Assist with resident events and community initiatives
- Maintain resident and prospect records in Yardi
- Provide front‑office and administrative support
- Coordinate vendor access, packages, and shared space scheduling
What You Bring
- Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer‑focused approach
- Comfort using property management software (Yardi preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.37 – $18.00 per hour
