Position: Ambulatory Care Unit Clerk with Patient-Centric Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive patients and ensure accurate documentation

• Manage appointment scheduling and test results

• Communicate effectively with team members

• Maintain clinic/unit supplies and data entry

• Perform payroll preparation and statistical compilation

Requirements:

• High school completion as per Manitoba standards

• Successful completion of a recognized Unit Clerk training program

• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm required

• Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred

• Knowledge of medical terminology essential
