Airport Customer Service Representative (Part Time)-

Responsibilities, Qualifications/ Skills:
Westover Metropolitan Airport is seeking an experienced part time Airport Customer Service Representative. This person works directly with office staff and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced professional corporate office environment. CSR Responsibilities:
· Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with prospects, clients and Aircraft reservations
· Prepare confidential internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
· Transcribes letters, memos, policies and procedures, for Board of Directors’ meetings and Committee meetings
· Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
· Arrange events inside and outside of the work place, such as catering, ground breakings and ribbon cuttings
· Maintain an organized, retrievable filing system of paper and electronic documents.
· Work with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
· Other duties and responsibilities may be determined by the President/Airport Manager
· Make rental car, hotel, catering, and other reservations for guests
· Assist with aircraft charters, and special airport events as needed
· Assist with billing customers
· Monitors the phones during business hours
· Perform all other related duties as assigned
CSR Required Qualifications/ Skills:
· Associates degree or relevant aviation experience preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Social Media
· Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
· Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
· Exceptional Communication / Interpersonal skills
· Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
· All candidates/employees hold and maintain a valid Driver’s Licenses, pass a 10-year criminal background check including fingerprints and monthly TSA background vetting
· Clearly communicate in English and with the proper tone in person, via telephone, and in various forms of writing such as data entry, email and hand-written documents
Working Hours:
· Up to 30 hours 3 days a week from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch). Flexibility in the three days that are worked.
Compensation:
· $20 per hour
