Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Agent Concierge to elevate our office experience through exceptional service and personalized assistance. Your role will involve managing guest inquiries, coordinating services, and providing expert guidance for our agents and their clients. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Assist agents with office systems including printers, supply management, technology and meeting arrangements
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns via phone, email, or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management.
- Assist team leads with various requests and projects
- Provide detailed information and communication about office trainings and resources
- Assist CFO with commission preparation and communication with agents and escrow companies
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and proficiency in phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in guest services within resort or hotel environments, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and guest relations.
