Job Responsibilities
- Master our product line
- Prepare proposals, sales materials, and reports as needed by our outside sales team
- Conduct research for the industries of prospective clients
- Assist sales team with customer support, including face to face interaction with clients to drop ad samples, get artwork revisions, manage client relations
- Collaborate with sales team and clients and communicate artwork and content ideas – Creative mind a plus!
- Set appointments for sales team
- Assist sales team with accounts receivables and collections
- Strict adherence to deadlines
Job Requirements
- Motivated, extremely organized team player
- Must possess a proactive approach to problem solving. We are looking for someone who is always a step ahead.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Gmail/Google Docs/PowerPoint a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to learn new programs such as a CRM system and other cloud-based systems
- Understanding of digital, social media, and print marketing a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
