We continue to grow and are currently seeking an Advertising Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist industry leaders as you work together to exceed customer expectations and provide extraordinary client service to our growing roster of clients.

What you’ll do:
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to account teams
- Compile stats and metrics for periodic marketing comparisons
- Support Social Media efforts
- Answer client emails and calls
- Invoicing/billing
- Program information for job postings (& proofreading)
- Media/Marketing research
We require:
- Bachelor’s in Advertising, Marketing or Communications
- Advertising office support or administrative experience
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office, and math aptitude
