Admissions Concierge

Schedule

• Primary: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Alternative schedule available: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Full-Time position (Tuesday to Saturday)

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Admissions Concierge to serve as a welcoming and supportive point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This full-time role plays a vital part in enhancing the overall experience by assisting with admissions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and thrives in a healthcare environment with a strong focus on resident and family satisfaction.

Admissions Concierge Key Responsibilities

Resident & Family Support

• Warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors and provide friendly guidance within the facility

• Support new residents and their families during the admission and transition process

• Address questions and concerns promptly and connect individuals with the appropriate departments

• Foster a warm, respectful, and resident-centered atmosphere at all times

Care Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate closely with nursing, admissions, social services, and the interdisciplinary team

• Assist with coordinating appointments, meetings, and care-related communication

• Help facilitate smooth transitions for admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies

Administrative & Concierge Support

• Answer and professionally direct phone calls

• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and general clerical tasks

• Coordinate facility tours for prospective residents and families

• Keep the front desk and common areas organized and welcoming

Admissions Concierge Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in healthcare, concierge services, admissions, hospitality, or customer service preferred

• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a strong plus

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask effectively

• Basic computer and administrative skills
