Salary Range: $35,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.

Proven administrative or assistant experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Discretion and a high level of confidentiality.

Minimum of 1-3 years Property & Casualty Insurance Experience

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales Director

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Coordinate and arrange meetings, attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

Manage and organize sales team documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital.

Assist with the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and other sales-related materials.

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person.

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.
