Were looking for an organised, friendly Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and to support the smooth running of our office.

About The Role

You will support the smooth running of our office through front-of-house duties and daily administrative tasks. This part-time role (approx. 4 hours per day) is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in a busy reception or administrative environment. Youll act as a key support to teams across the business while helping maintain a welcoming and well-organised workplace.

About The Role

You will manage front desk duties, daily office administration, and provide support to teams across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in a busy reception or admin environment.

  • Office & Facilities Upkeep: Carry out daily cleanliness checks, monitor maintenance needs, manage stock levels (kitchens, boardrooms, stationery/cleaning supplies), and put out weekly office snacks.
  • IT & Administration Support: Coordinate IT repairs, manage IT supplies/cupboards, support back-end admin reconciliation, and assist with onsite/offsite filing.
  • Front-of-House Support: Welcome and escort clients, prepare tea/coffee for meetings, and retrieve coffees as required.
  • General Operations: Create monthly kitchen timetables and act as the go-to person for ad-hoc office issues.

About You

  • 2+ years experience in a front-of-house or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
