, Qualifications,
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Certificate/Diploma in Administrative Planning or any related tertiary qualification may be advantageous
, Experience,
- 2 – 5 years demonstrated experience as an Administrator
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP system
, Duties,
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Keeping all files up to date and in a neat order
- Performing the administration of all purchases made by the unit
- Performing problem solving duties when customers have queries relating to invoicing of delivery notes
- Assist the Operation Foreman / manager with orders of raw materials, spares, stock
- Capturing, updating of statutory inspections, tracking of work orders as well as monitoring within the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) system including follow up actions
- Coordination with the teams and external contractors regarding the execution of maintenance and inspection-related work orders
- Updating of work order status, progress and completion details within the ERP system
- Verification of completed maintenance and statutory inspection work orders prior to system closure
- Aid with booking of medical and induction training
- Ensuring all inspection reports, certificates and supporting compliance documentation are attached to completed work orders
- Training Data Capturing and administrating (if applicable)
- Liaising with stakeholders

Job Related Skills
- Strong administrative and document control skills
- Ability to manage and maintain statutory inspection registers and compliance tracking systems
- Working knowledge of maintenance planning principles and inspection scheduling methodologies
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Strong data capturing accuracy with the ability to analyse inspection trends and overdue statutory tasks
- Effective planning, scheduling and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when engaging with internal departments and external contractors
